President Yar'Adua Please Touch The Lives Of Ordinary Nigerians

It is good our President is elected ECOWAS Chairman, but he should not be carried away with this appointment making him lose focus of the 7 point agenda promised to Nigerians.
In the past 2 years of his reign the pace of development and government dividends to the Nigerian masses have being slow. Mr President, wake up and fulfil your promise to the ordinary Nigerians.
Recently, awards and cash were given to hundreds of well to do Nigerians as national merit awards. This is good, but in no way is this directly contributing to alleviating the suffering of the millions of ordinary Nigerians with no hope of getting one meal a day. I see this as a lost priority. Ordinary Nigerians are really suffering; this slow pace of implementing public policies would not go anywhere in making meaningful change to their plight, even if our President spends three terms (12 years) in office.
Please my dear President, do not misuse this golden opportunity to touch the lives of the ordinary Nigerians.
We are praying for your good health and strength, God bless Nigeria.
